Steven E. Miller ’74 has spent more than 30 years at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, where he has been a member of the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He currently serves as director of the International Security Program, and editor-in-chief of the scholarly journal, International Security. Miller has written extensively on nuclear weapons issues, U.S. security policy, and U.S. foreign policy.

 

Barry R. Posen ’74 is the Ford International Professor of Political Science at MIT and director emeritus of the MIT Security Studies Program. In 2016 he was appointed Henry A. Kissinger Chair (visiting) in Foreign Policy and International Relations at the Library of Congress, John W. Kluge Center. He has been a Council on Foreign Relations International Affairs Fellow; Rockefeller Foundation International Affairs Fellow; Guest Scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies; and a Woodrow Wilson Center Fellow.
