Our fourth annual Day For Oxy on April 20, 2023 was another incredible success! We sought to inspire 1,987 donors – one donor for every current student – to give to Oxy during the 36-hour event. Thanks to the outpouring of support from Oxy alumni, parents, students, staff, faculty and friends from around the world, we surpassed our stretch goal, with more than 2,250 donors contributing over $1.6 million to all areas of the College.

These exciting results illustrate the collective impact made by our community:

► Donors came from 47 states and 11 countries outside of the U.S.

► Oxy alumni, students and parents from the classes of 1950 to 2027 gave to this important effort.

► 700 donors gave nearly $450,000 to The Oxy Fund for the College’s greatest needs, including urgent mental health resources and services for students.

► Current use and endowed scholarships were generously supported by 420 donors who contributed $285,000 to this top fundraising priority.

► Over 350 donors gave to academic majors, programs and enrichment services.

► More than 900 donors gave to varsity athletics and club sports, providing over $344,000 toward the student-athlete experience.
