Tigers are welcomed to the Oxy community during Convocation in Thorne Hall, and make lifelong friends throughout Orientation Week. Between those first moments on the quad to graduating in Hillside Theater under the jacarandas, students spend four transformative years working closely with professors, learning across differences, studying abroad, competing on the field and exploring their passions. These experiences can only happen because of you — thank you.

Your gifts deepen our commitment to academic excellence, and prepare students to lead fulfilling lives of impact. During The Oxy Campaign For Good, thousands of community members came together to give over $37 million to The Oxy Fund in support of today’s students and to help the College meet its most pressing needs.
The Oxy Fund accounts for 4 percent of the College’s operating budget – providing essential funds to address urgent priorities, seize unexpected opportunities and capitalize on innovative new ideas. During the height of the pandemic, Oxy Fund dollars were critical to supporting students’ unanticipated transition to remote learning, and kept our on-campus community safe.
In 2020, we launched an exciting new tradition–The Day For Oxy–which has become a high point for many alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff and friends of the College. Since launching this annual day of giving, the Day For Oxy has generated more than $6.5 million to support all corners of campus and the student experience!
